GF Pumpkin Muffins

2.5 cups Pamelas Artisan blend all purpose flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1.25 tsp coarse salt
1/8 tsp table salt
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1.25 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1.5 cups sugar
2/3 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, and then stir dry into wet until fully combined.

For regular muffins (makes 24):
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean

For large muffins (makes 12):
Bake at 330 degrees for 30 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
